We hire potential dolls, male or female. No rules on gender or sexuality but must be +18 to apply.
• Those who wish to apply do not need experience. Must be able to role play.
• What we look for? Dedication,loyalty, evolve with us, outgoing personality, confident, easy-going, playful,fun, determined, good team player and being able to learn new tricks in the trade.
• Dolls, you need three outfits prepared for the interview, at least one of which should be nude/AP. Bartenders need two outfits prepared.
• We do not hire those we feel are not trustworthy or having alternative intentions. We are here to have fun, not profit anything but enjoy each others company alongside making new friends.
• If you're accepted, we expect you to be active as follows:
3 minimum, weekly/daily.
7 minimum, on monthly basis.
We are very flexible according to your real life scheduals.
(This is where you'll meet clients! It's important to be active and social if you intend to be successful with us but also gain promotion with VW. It's all down to you with being active with us & how much is gained.)
• You pick and choose when you wish to work as long as you are active with given guidelines above. We are very laid back and understand real responsibilties which makes us different than most of these clubs who demand a little too much when we enjoy real-life more and see this as for fun and games.
• If you earn zero clients for three weeks straight you will be dismissed from Vintage Whispers. All bookings for services provided should be recorded on the groups. Your responsibility to keep up to date on the groups.
• We take negative/positive critiques seriously. If we receive one about you, you will face consequences based on the evidence presented. If you receive two official warnings from the owner, you will be fired without warning.
• We offer in-house stylist and personal counselling to help you evolve with Vintage Whispers. we believe in equality and pride in all of our dolls looking at their best & feeling confident throughout.
