We accept you as you are,no matter on your beliefs or other. You can apply for more than one position,but not guaranteed because you have to earn your stripes @Midnight. This depends on your current skills and being able to take on big responsibilities. Assistants will need buy the uniform to be taken seriously & represent the parlour at all times. IS ROLE-PLAY INVOLVED?
This establishment is based around role-play and able to hold a conversation with our guests who visit us. Your role-play skills must meet the minimum 3 lines requirement. We accept 2 lines or less in short roleplay situations. However, in-house training will be provided to you by our well-spoke RP trainers because there is always room for improvement.
WHAT DO YOU OFFER TO YOUR LOYAL EMPLOYEES?
Midnight offers their girls to be treated with respect and fairness at all times. Once your probation period is over we offer you a permanent position with us & granted our club badge. For our members who've been with us over 6 month period, they'll be granted an exclusive badge from Zeviri@vu or something equivalent. You'll gain confidence, with in-house help on hand at all times. Having to work with friendly and approachable employees & trying to keep drama low. You'll have in-house stylist on board to make sure you're in check with our personal dressing room. The freedom to mix real with vu or keep it separate. This establishment was created to support one another & make great friendships to help you with your vu journey being in modeling or other business venture that you need help with credits or gifts. We've got you covered!
HOW DO WE KEEP IN TOUCH?
We're all about keeping it og with vu! This means our establishment will be group based only & important messages will be sent via inbox. This minimizes confusion with people who don't like to associate real with virtual world or like to download apps which is a time consuming. lol! There will be a kik for members who want to also keep in touch outside of vu for on hand help with issues. Our employees have the freedom to choose.
DO WE SUPPORT CREATORS/BUSINESSES AND HOW?
Hell yes we do! We do this by offering you a monthly spot to be hosted on our website and room. This is great if you need little boost for extra income, or you're a member of MIDNIGHT AFFAIR parlour that wants to go the extra mile, we have got your back! For more information, message Zeviri.
CAN WE WORK AT OTHER CLUBS?
Yes, we want our girls to be dedicated and Midnight being the main work place. We do expect you to be active and make Midnight your priority workplace.
WHAT'S THE DRESS CODE WITH MIDNIGHT AFFAIR?
We encourage AP clothing, Ga clothes are okay too but must be appealing to the clientele. We have in-house stylists on board to help you with any questions to clothing. You must not show nudity at any time, unless payment is made for services or specific theme days. We have our own uniform for our members to represent at any time. Available at Zeviris shop!
WILL I FIT IN @MIDNIGHT?
This establishment does it best to help you blend & feel welcomed by us all. We hope you fit in with us, as it's our goal to make sure you do & you also play a part (50%) on making the effort to step out of your comfort shell and mix in with everyone. Everyone has different personalities and some are very open,when others are little closed off before they open up, however, everyone should be given a chance to open up. We have helpers/ in-house advisers who are on site to help with any issues that could arise or if you feel you need extra help. No judgement,just empowerment to help you strive for the future!
DO WE HAVE A UNIFORM FOR THE PARLOUR?
YES! We do. This is worn for promotion & when you're lounging with our clients that tip. This can be worn outside of the room or even for your snazzy social media posts. Our uniform is available to buy at Zeviri@imvu shop.
DO WE HAVE TO BE SERIOUS AT ALL TIMES?
We strive for professionalism at our parlour at all times. However, when clients are not present, we encourage you to let loose and having the freedom to be you outside of your character. Just know the difference.
HOW DO YOU DEAL WITH BULLYING/BITTERNESS & B*TCHY LADIES?
Zeviri's motto is; '' You get a fair warning & establish the drama to cool down the situation & resolve it. If all fails, you'll be asked to leave the room. Remember, we need evidence for all drama or it's in one ear and out the other''. We don't have time for pettiness at our parlour,as we try and keep it a positive environment for everyone.
DO WE GET PAID BY THE OWNER?
NO! This establishment was created to support you on your journey on vu, if your looking to get into modeling or paying your way through vu for clothing since you can't take pictures at the shop anymore or if you're a business owner/creator it helps. Many establishments owners ask for a % of cut from your escorts, however, this parlour's owner does not take any of your cut from credits as she let's you keep it. After all you earned it babe! DO I NEED TO KEEP MY LOCATION ON & WRITE MY POSITION ON MY PRO CARD?
Yes, you need to keep your location on to get stalkers and client follow rolling in. Your pro card is your main selling point to attract people in. Your positon should be allocated on your profile card at all times so that we know you work here & keeps your loyalty in check.
